With your spine in neutral, knees below your hips and hands below your shoulders,
straighten an arm, a leg, or opposite arm and leg until your body is straight from your finger tips to your toes.
Avoid spinal movements and rotation. Take 2 seconds to raise and 2 seconds to lower your arm and/or leg.
