Lay on your back with your arms straight out in front of you as if pointing to the ceiling, and you legs up in a 90/90 position.
Slowly extend your arm, leg, or opposite arm and leg until they just touch the ground behind you, then slowly back.
Take 2 seconds to lower and 2 seconds to raise your arm and/or leg.
